Self-expression is open to youth aged 5 and up. This program is designed to foster creativity in young people and give them outlets for self-expression. In this group we will use the creative process of art making to enhance overall developmental growth. By enhancing a sense of personal independence, self-reliance, and self-sufficiency, while also encouraging the development of healthy coping strategies.
