Join this gentle, restorative yoga class at the Marshall County Resiliency Center on the Court Square in Benton at 4 p.m. every Thursday, beginning September 15. Relax, unwind, and enjoy this tension-releasing practice of stretching and easy meditation. This class is suitable for beginners and yoga mats are available, if needed.
