Join Leanna of Health Self LLC for free yoga at MCRC! The class will focus on unwinding tension, followed by a releasing meditation in a safe space. Leave your worries and judgement at the door. This is a free class with 10 seats available. You must wear a mask upon entry, but it can be removed once you’re on your mat. Call Jayna at 270.252.REST (7378) to reserve your seat each week!
